Accounts that live with the household, no client email lost, and cleaner meeting records

September 26, 2026

This week’s release is about the record: what a household owns, what a client wrote, and what was said in the meeting.

  • Accounts live with the household. Custodial accounts now attach to the household they belong to, and each household’s accounts page shows one book instead of a list to reconcile.
  • No client email goes missing. Every message Helmsted fetches is kept. Automated mail is flagged and set aside rather than dropped, so a real note from a client never gets filtered out.
  • Cleaner meeting records. A meeting’s transcript is filed once, and a document that has not changed is never uploaded twice. Calendar settings also hold when you switch tabs.
