This week’s release is about the meeting itself: before, during, and after.
- Your meetings now write themselves up. Google Meet transcripts land in Helmsted the moment a meeting ends and sit on the calendar event next to your notes. Before the next meeting, Helmsted preps from that household’s past transcripts, and afterward the follow-ups become a to-do checklist and show up in a new Notifications inbox. Outlook now matches Google feature for feature.
- Open a meeting, and the session is already running. Prep for a meeting starts the moment you arrive at the event. A household’s calendar opens as a schedule list, events carry the household’s color, and Helmsted can find, move, or cancel events for you from a session, including repeating ones.
- Clients book you faster. The portal booker jumps straight to the open times when a client picks a day. If you have not connected a bookable calendar yet, a booking request becomes a drafted email to you instead of a dead end, and an auto-record setting on the Calendar tab means Meet records without asking each time.
- Sign-in now asks for a passkey or authenticator app on every login. Set either up once from your sign-in methods and Helmsted stops relying on a password alone. Firm admins can reset a colleague’s method if a phone goes missing.
- Behind the scenes: a Custodians page for the firm, households-added tracking on the roster, and a run of fixes to document panels and PDF rendering.
