Helmsted has received a clean SOC 2 Type I report from Sensiba LLP, an independent CPA firm. The report, issued September 22, 2026, covers the Security and Confidentiality trust services criteria as of September 16, 2026.
A SOC 2 Type I report is an independent attestation that a company’s controls are suitably designed at a point in time. For independent RIAs, the vendors that handle client data are part of the firm’s own diligence, and we want that diligence to be straightforward to complete.

We use Vanta for continuous security and compliance monitoring, and a SOC 2 Type II examination is planned.
